Know what? Last night, before going to bed, I visualized aurora mistica lights surrounding a glass of water I would take before I sleep. I put out an intention that the water be charged/programmed with aurora mistica energy for healing my adrenal glands. Then I drank it.
I was probably already in REM mode, maybe 15 minutes into my sleep when I felt tingling all over my body and I sweated all throughout my body, almost instantaneously. The sweating just happened in less than a minute but it was all over my body. It happened twice, too. The second one was in the early morning.

Sherry’s energy is cleaner. (this comes from her mother who saw her last night) She appears to be happier and more stable. I spoke to Sherry about a week into your healing letting know how to bring more energy into her field and at that time she was very interested and said she would try. Focus: House –  Energy & Physical Clearing and Cleaning

“I had an exhausting weekend when I cleaned up my home, especially the floors and the kitchen and did some heavy yard work. Somehow, the aurora mistica moves me around to doing that cleaning and de-cluttering when I request it for my home. I don’t know if it’s psychological because I know I requested it or it’s truly energetic! It moves me to move an object from one place into another, minor redecorating so to speak but very simple placements. I guess it affects the feng shui of the place in a way. ……
Oh yes, my house feels much better! You know the feeling of like clean, fresh bed sheets when you’re about to go to sleep and it makes you eager to go to bed? It feels kinda like that but for the entire house! 🙂
